Description

Ice Breakers are nice, but Icebreakers combined with processing questions are Dynamite! In this workshop participants learn how to utilize processing and debriefing to turn an ice breaker into a teachable moment. Staff members will learn how to make every fun-filled activity an opportunity for deeper engagement with the use of the simple skill of asking the right questions through the lens of the experiential learning cycle.

The workshop is hands on, fast paced and delivered in a blended learning environment and provides staff with multiple opportunities to collaborate and discuss the content.

Learning Management System

Staff members will be enrolled in a learning management system where they will receive a profile, an online version of the workshops, and be enrolled in a group to share best practices and resources around the topic.
