Course Description

Have you ever felt your class was out of control? Well you’re not alone! In this workshop staff members will explore several youth development strategies like positive renforcement and positive contact as tools for classroom management.

Staff will learn specific strategies to build trust and establish a rapport with their students to help diffuse those volatile moments. Ultimately learning how classroom management is about building relationships as the first step in creating a safe space for students to learn and grow.
