Staff members will work collaboratively to share ideas to address challenges or issues that they are facing. Working as a team to develop solutions.
Expanding Knowledge
Staff members are exposed to new ideas, content and strategies to build their professional knowledge and capacity as educators.
Peer Accountability
Staff members hold each other accountable as each session they are required to cofacilitate, share new resourecs and empower each other.
Peer Coaching
Part mastermind and part coaching group. The Community of Practice(COP) offers a combination of brainstorming, education, peer accountability and support in a group setting to sharpen your professional and personal skills.
Participants challenge each other to set powerful goals, and more importantly, to accomplish them. It is also a very cost-effective way to give staff members continued support to accomplish their goals
