Course Description
The purpose of the Quality Standards is to describe high levels of “Quality” of a program at the programmatic, staff, and participant levels. In this workshop, particpants will learn about the 6 Point of Service Quality Standards and how they can be used as a tool for continuous quality improvement.
Staff will explore each of the point of service quality standards and learn why designing a program around them is critical to building a high quality afterschool program.
